Following the COVID-19 epidemic, NAATI changed to an online platform for its tests and assessments. Candidates can now take tests from the comfort of their own homes via a secure online platform. To take the CCL test, you should spend AUD 800, including GST.
The results are available within four to six weeks. In addition, your test results will be forwarded via email.

The NAATI CCL application form must be filled in online via the link provided (www.naati.com.au/other-information/ccl-testing/). Individuals will also need to attach a passport photograph and a scan of an appropriate identity document (e.g. passport) to apply.
Yes, you can change it. For that, you should email your request at info@naati.com.au. You must include the test language you originally applied for, the test language you wish to change to and your customer number in your email.
NAATI CCL findings are valid for five years from the date of issuance. After your test has expired, you cannot use it to earn CCL points.
