CCLHUB is an online learning platform which provides online interpreting courses for students sitting CCL Test. CCLHUB has an amazing team of experts ready to guide the user with the right vocabulary, sentence structure, composition, latest syllabus and technique about the NAATI Exam. One-On-One coaching class is provided to student as our experts understand the importance of personalized guidance. Our mission is to support NAATI’s vision for a connected community without language barriers.
As we are online based learning portal, payment is done online through payment gateways. Once you pay for the course, you get a login credential which gives you access to our CCL Learning Materials. Talking about the refund policy, the price you pay for the course is non-refundable. Once you get enrolled in the course, then there will be no cancellation and no refund unless:
- There is technical error
- Overcharge
Refund Policy by NAATI during Reschedule, CancellationÂ
The candidates who want to cancel or postpone the test and get their funds back, they should keep in mind the following aspects:
Reschedule policy
- Tests can be rescheduled up to 3 days before the test date. It includes the test day as well.
- You need not pay for rescheduling.
- It is the candidates’ responsibility to use their myNAATI account to reschedule their own tests. You have to choose a different test date after rejecting your current test session in myNAATI.Â
- Rescheduling an exam within two days of the test session is only possible if you provide with documented proof of hospital admission, major injury, or accident, which must be submitted to info@naati.com.au by 8 a.m. Canberra time on the test day. Otherwise, candidates will be unable to attend for any other reason and must cancel their application and reapply.
Cancellation policy
- You will be eligible for a refund of 75% of your test fee if you cancel the test more than 2 days before the test date.
- If you cancel the test within 2 days, you will not receive any refund.
- It is the candidates’ responsibility to use their myNAATI account to cancel their own tests. If your test is scheduled within the next two days, you cannot cancel your own test session on myNAATI. Refunds are not available.
- In order to cancel your test date, you must email at info@naati.com.au with your customer number if your test is planned to take place in the next two days. If your test is scheduled within the next two days, you cannot cancel your own test session on myNAATI. Refunds are not available.
- There won’t be any refund if you don’t attend your test on test day and it is considered cancellation by itself.
